WELCOME

Welcome to New Beginnings Outreach Community Development Corporation(NBOCDC).

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing hunger and poverty in our community. We provide consistent access to food, clothing, and essential resources for individuals and families facing food insecurity and economic hardship.

Through weekly food distributions, emergency support, and seasonal community initiatives, we work to meet immediate needs while offering dignity, stability, and hope to those we serve.

We are dedicated to meeting the needs of low-income, unhoused, food-insecure, and fixed-income individuals and families throughout the greater Los Angeles area by providing consistent access to food and essential resources.

Under the leadership of Bishop Harry Eaves Jr., we have grown into a trusted community resource, committed to bridging gaps for those facing hardship with compassion, dignity, and consistency.

We host weekly and monthly events that provide food and other resources to support people’s well-being.

Food Distribution

The Storehouse Project - Manna in the Community is NBOCDC's signature project, providing weekly and emergency food distribution to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. We distribute both perishable and non-perishable items and serve low-income households and unhoused individuals across Los Angeles County.

Since our food distribution program started in 2021, we have proudly served over 75,000 individuals.

Basic Needs Support

Through our Basic Needs Giveaway, we distribute clothing, household goods, hygiene items, and other essential resources to community members in need. These monthly events are designed to help families meet their most immediate needs with dignity.

Seasonal Food Drives & Community Events

We host seasonal food drives and special community events throughout the year to provide additional support during high need times, including holidays and emergency situations.

Community Partnerships

We partner with local organizations, food programs, and community groups to expand access to resources and ensure consistent support for food-insecure individuals and families.
